Option 1: Open water course

Ability to swim 200metres/yards

¡P         Floating 10 minutes

¡P         Healthy (if disable but healthy can participate)

¡P         Learn basic standard skill (dive equipments, diving techniques)

¡P         Takes 3 or 4 days(depends on individual performance)

¡P         Learn 9 session which are 5 confined water and 4 open water dives

¡P         Course will be at the dive centre Gaya Island

¡P         Independent study for knowledge review

¡P         Quick quiz and exam multiple choice

Option 2: Open water course with e- learning

You may complete the academic portion online and in your own time through the PADI e-learning system of education

¡P         While working through the Online PADI Open Water Diver course or you complete all the segments, you can prints your e-learning Record and bring to the Downbelow Dive Centre to start your underwater adventures.

¡P         Participant can also communicate throughout the process with your instructor and together we can monitor your progress. The student¡¦s record file shows the staff here that you have passed everything successfully.

Cost included:

Hotel pick up (KK CITY) boat transfers, park entry and diving fees, jetty fees, equipment rental, freshly cooked lunch and refreshments, open water manual, log book, PADI registration, PADI instructor.

Daily itinerary:

0800-0815hrs * pick up from Borneo Gaya Lodge to Sutera Marina Jetty

0900hrs *registration and payment

0915hrs * daily activity

1300hrs * lunch

1430hrs * daily activity

1600hrs * boat transfer back to Sutera Marina Jetty

1630hrs *return back to Borneo Gaya Lodge
