Reservation

1. Advance booking can be made to a maximum of 18 months only.
2. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, the reservation will be held for 14 days during which you are required to pay us full payment to guarantee the reservation. 
3. Otherwise, you may pay a non refundable deposit amounting to 20% of your reservation's total amount before 14 days.  Full payment must be made 30 days before the arrival date.  If deposit or full payment is not received within the set limit, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice.
4. All remittances are to be in Ringgit Malaysia.
5. Bank charges incurred are to be borne by the guest.
6. Reservation reference number will be faxed / emailed / mailed once full payment is received.
7. All bookings and guaranteed reservations are not transferable.
8. All accommodation is strictly based on our unit configuration.  Every additional person will incur a surcharge

Cancellation, No Show, Shortened Stay, Unused Services and Amendments

1. The guest is obliged to directly notify Borneo Gaya Lodge any cancellations of a reservation, any reduction in the number of guests or the period of stay by him/her in writing.
2. This remains without financial consequences until the 61st day before the arrival. From the 60th day before the arrival, cancellation costs amounting to 20% of the total price of the arrangement are due, from the 30th day 50%, from the 14th day 80% and on the day of the arrival 100%.
3. If applicable, refunds will be held in a credit account for booking another room in Borneo Gaya Lodge, which must be utilized no later than six (6) months from the cancellation date. Another option is to write us for refund by cheque.
4. In the event of a NO SHOW, NO REFUNDS will be made as the accommodation reserved is considered used.
5. Check in time is at 2.00pm (14:00 Hours).
6. Check out time is at 12.00pm (12:00 Hours).  Should you anticipate arriving later than 8.00pm (20:00 Hours), please call the reception counter at Borneo Gaya Lodge or email us. 

Disputes, Actions or Other Matters arising

1. It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper law of arrangement is the Law of Malaysia in accordance with the laws and procedures of Malaysia under any and all circumstances.

All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions above. The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
